All memberships have 2 credits per month included (1 credit is used for 1 hike, no matter the duration)

Your membership includes 2x credits per month, one credit per hike, no matter the duration, grade or distance. These refresh at the start of the month (regardless of when you started your membership). If you book into a hike that you can no longer attend, you will need to cancel within 12 hours of the start time in order to get the credit back to use another time. A no show to a hike will also mean that credit has been "used". We have this system in place to both encourage our members to attend the hikes they have booked (and not hit the snooze button) but also makes sure other members aren't missing out on spots!

Members: Head to the Hikes tab and check out the schedule, if there's one you'd like to attend, select "Join". You'll be automatically added to the Group for the hike where you can interract with the leaders and other members attending that hike. Non-Members: Let's get you signed up first (starting with a 30 day trial) and then you'll be able to follow the steps above. Head to "Join the Club" to begin!

Yes, hikes are usually capped at 30 members, advanced grades or locations under specific regulation by QPWS may see lower caps (eg. 10-20 attendees)

You can join a waitlist! Peoples plan change all the time, so when a space opens up and you're on the waitlist, you'll be notified via email. We'll be monitoring this week to week and when the need arises, we'll add more hikes to the schedule!

At this stage, no, members cannot bring along guests/non-members. However, the free trial exists so non-members can give HCS a go before they commit! Plus, keep an eye out for an HCS Open Day, where we'll open attendance up to anyone, membership or trial not required.
